In-fact we work with many HOA’s who have members with distressed properties, as well as commercial businesses, like restaurants to keep their entryways, waste receptacles, Etc. in compliance.

WHAT IS “SOFT WASHING?”Soft Washing is a less invasive method that still utilizes a power washer to apply solution to a home, building or roof without the need for excessive pressure. Example, we would use a pressure washer to apply the solution to a rooftop, without directly applying pressure to the rooftop and causing damage to wood or asphalt shingles.

WHEN AND WHERE IS SOFT WASHING RECOMMENDED?In the Northwest area, especially in areas with with more trees, closer to saltwater or in relative proximity to a high traffic area (virtually everywhere in the Puget Sound) Soft Washing is recommended 1-2 per year to clean and abate pollution stains, damaging moss growth and keep the home or buildings roof, paint, siding, windows, trim, Etc clean and bright.

DOES IT REALLY SMELL BETTER AFTER YOU PRESSURE & SOFT WASH?Yes! The removal of decaying moss, mildew, debris, Etc from surfaces will provide for cleaner air in the immediate area. People who suffer from seasonal allergies especially enjoy our Soft Wash Solutions as it removes any built up pollens, dander or other allergens around the exterior of their home, decks, pools and patios!

DO YOU USE THE CUSTOMERS WATER?Yes, however, with our highly efficient machines water consumption generally ranges in the single dollar digits and we account for that in the final price.

I’VE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT, NOW WHAT?We ask very minimum of the customer for a seamless, hassle free experience. Just let us know approximately where your water source is located, any access codes that may be needed to enter your property AND that the surface area to be cleaned is reasonably free of any major obstacles E.G. Cars in driveway, basketball hoops, large planters on decks, Etc. PLEASE inform us if these obstacles are present and cannot reasonably and safely be moved.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE PRICE?Price is based on several different factors, primarily the condition of the surface, the amount of buildup, the difficulty of the surface that the work will be performed, Etc. However, the estimate you receive is the price you will pay, NO SURPRISE CHARGES OR UPBIDDING, EVER!

WHAT ARE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS?Many Residential and Commercial customers see the advantage in time and cost saving by scheduling routine service for their homes, yards and businesses. Among the largest subscription based customers are restaurants who FREQUENTLY need dumpster receptacles and the surrounding area (pad) cleaned and sanitized, on a monthly or semi-monthly basis to remain code compliant and presentable to patrons. Many residential customers, especially those owning rental properties (AIR BNB), luxury homes, Etc opt for home “Soft Washing” and concrete cleaning packages on a quarterly basis to maintain the properties.
